What format are the documents in?

All documents are delivered as editable Microsoft Word (.docx) files. You can fill them in directly, print them, or save as PDF for official records.

Are these templates legally compliant?

Every item in the SEND pack is referenced to the SEND Code of Practice 2015, the Children and Families Act 2014, or current DfE guidance. The MAT pack reflects current DfE attendance reporting frameworks.

Can I use these across multiple schools in my trust?

Yes. A single purchase covers your whole trust. The MAT dashboard is specifically designed to consolidate data from up to 12 schools in one document.

Will the templates be updated when guidance changes?

Yes. From Month 6 we offer an annual compliance refresh for £47/year — updated documents reflecting any changes to Ofsted frameworks, DfE guidance, or the SEND Code of Practice.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or downloading any product from SchoolVault (operated by Edvance Technologies Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

2. Products & Delivery

All SchoolVault products are digital downloads delivered instantly via email and/or the Payhip platform after successful payment.

Products are provided in Microsoft Word (.docx) format unless otherwise stated.
You will receive a download link immediately upon payment.
Download links remain active for the period specified by our payment processor (Payhip).

3. Licence & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-organisation licence to use the templates:

Permitted: Use, edit, and adapt templates within your school, trust, or organisation.
Permitted: Print copies for internal use.
Not Permitted: Redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense templates to other schools or organisations.
Not Permitted: Upload templates to public websites or shared drives accessible outside your organisation.

Multi-school licences (e.g., for MATs) cover all schools within your trust at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via Payhip.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You are purchasing a digital product with instant access.
You waive your 14-day cancellation rights upon downloading.

Exceptions: If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to your files, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Edvance Technologies Ltd. Your purchase grants a licence to use the materials, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Templates are provided as professional guidance tools and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy and alignment with current frameworks:

We make no guarantees regarding inspection outcomes.
Schools remain responsible for ensuring all documentation meets their specific context and current statutory requirements.
SchoolVault has no affiliation with Ofsted, the DfE, or any regulatory body.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edvance Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates, including but not limited to inspection outcomes, regulatory findings, or business losses.

9. Updates & Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
